It provides rapid recovery of calcium chloride lost during the process.

15-25 ml of Tito KK35 liquid calcium chloride is added to 100 liters of milk in the production of many types of cheese (white cheese, cheddar cheese, gouda, matured cheese varieties, etc.).

In pickles, 50-100 ml of Tito KK35 liquid calcium chloride can be added to 10 liters of brine to prevent softening of fruits and vegetables.
 
In olive production, 30-100 ml of Tito KK35 liquid calcium chloride is added to 10 liters of brine.
 
It prevents the softening of fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and blackberries in jam making and ensures that the fruits have a hard structure after the process.
 
Similarly, in the production of frozen fruit and vegetable products, fruits and vegetables that are dipped in Tito KK35 liquid calcium chloride and removed will retain a harder structure throughout their shelf life.
