Usage Instruction:
Preliminary:
If you prefer to use a yeast dough, add 1 teaspoon of dry yeast to warm water to dissolve the yeast.
While preparing your sauce and toppings, wait 10-15 minutes for the yeast to activate (if you are using instant yeast, you will not need to keep the yeast in warm water).
Preparation of the dough:
Sift 500 grams (4.5 cups) Tito Pizza Flour into a deep bowl. Add 250 ml (2.5 tea glasses) of water and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into it. If you prefer a leavened dough, add the yeast you have kept in warm water.
After mixing with your hand or with a mixer until you get a homogeneous consistency, knead the dough thoroughly for 2-3 minutes so that your pizza will have a more ideal and crispy texture.
To prevent the dough from drying out, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 40-45 minutes in a warm environment.
Open the dough that has been waiting for you on a lightly floured counter with your hand or a rolling pin and place it on a greased baking tray.
You can flavor the dough as you wish with the sauce mixtures you have prepared and toppings such as various cheeses, vegetables, meat and seafood.
Cooking:
Bake in a preheated oven at approx. 200 °C for 15-20 minutes with the upper and lower cooking setting.
You can serve your pizza, which comes out of the oven, by slicing it hot or warm.
Note: You can increase or decrease the dough you will prepare according to the oven and tray sizes you will use, in accordance with the recommended rates.
