Barrel heaters, which are used as a solution to the problem of freezing of liquid products, especially in winter months, are used in metal and plastic drums between 15 kg and 40 kg.
It is used in products such as honey, glucose syrup, jam, olive oil, which are frozen in warehouses and productions during cold winter months.
Safety Instructions
1. Read all instructions before using the heater.
2. Unplug the power cord when not in use.
3. Do not immerse the heater in liquids.
4. Do not touch the surface of the heater during operation. After switching off, wait for the heater to cool completely before using it.
5. Use the heater only for its intended use as described in these instructions.
6. Disconnect the power supply before removing the terminal cover.
7. The heater should not be used if it is damaged in any way. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a similarly qualified person using a special flexible cord to avoid danger.
8. The heater must be connected to the electrical supply by means of a residual current device or other equipment that provides protection against electric shock.
9. During operation, bleed the drum to prevent internal pressure build-up.
