Usage Instruction:
Mixing (spiral) Tegral Rye Dark (Y) is mixed with water for 2 minutes, then yeast is added and mixed for 5 minutes at slow speed and 6 minutes at high speed. After the mixing process, resting is done for 15 minutes.
