We take the patchwork mold we will use and press it on the sugar paste and cut it.
The piece of sugar dough we cut stays on the mold.
The excess in the mold is cleaned with a pointed marzipan.
We press the mold on the white surface. We should not apply too much force so that the white surface is not cut.
