Acidity Measurement:
Olive oil is filled into the measuring tape up to the line on it with olive oil and transferred to the flask.
It is measured with a measuring tape on the erlen again and alcohol ether is measured 3 times and added.
Erlen is thoroughly mixed.
The solution is filled into the burette. (up to that line)
Then the burette tap is opened slowly and the flask is shaken continuously as drops fall into the flask.
When the color of the alcohol ether-olive oil mixture in the flask changes completely, the burette tap is closed and the consumption is read.
