Corn starch, which is obtained from corn, a plant that can be grown easily in many countries, is the most consumed starch type in the world and the most widely used in our country.

The most important difference of corn starch from other starches is the fact that its production is much higher than other starches both in the world and in our country, and therefore the price advantage it provides.
Corn starch is used as a thickener, stabilizer, humectant, film former, structure regulator and binder in various sectors, especially in the food sector.
An interesting feature of cornstarch is that when mixed with water, it does not act in accordance with Newtonian fluid properties.
When force is applied, this cornstarch-water mixture is liquid, like the solid kind of substance, but liquid-like when motion is applied slowly.
