With its slow-release acidity regulator effect, it can be used as a slow-release acid in candies, meat products, bakery products, doughs, seasonings, pickles, soups and sauces, canned products and dairy products.
Encapsulated malic acid is less affected by temperature changes. Its coating does not melt up to 60 degrees.
It has a positive effect on the volume of baked goods by reducing the amount of gas loss during mixing and resting of bakery products.
Encapsulation technology protects the product from the effects of other mixtures and prevents it from reacting with other ingredients.
The coated product has a better fluidity, reduces dust formation, and provides homogeneous distribution in mixtures.
