Making Chocolate:
Melt your chocolate pieces in a suitable bowl using a bain-marie method. Bain-marie method: Add water to a pot and place a bowl of chocolate on top. When the water boils, the chocolate melts. What needs to be taken into consideration in this method is that water and chocolate do not come into contact. If you are going to use filling ingredients (hazelnuts, dried fruits, etc.), add them to the melted chocolate and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. Pour the chocolate mixture into the molds. Optionally, smooth the molds by gently shaking them. Let the chocolate sit at room temperature for a while and then let it harden in the refrigerator or freezer.
