WALNUT COOKIES RECIPE
Necessary materials:
250 g solid fat
1 egg
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 baking powder
enough flour
Oil and eggs are whisked well in the first place. Beating is continued with the addition of sugar. When the sugar melts, flour and baking powder are added to make a soft dough. A little bit of hazelnut is rolled into tiny tiny bits.
The walnut cookie mold is well oiled and when it is empty on the stove, it is heated well on both sides. The prepared dough is placed on the hollow side of the mold and pressed well. It is cooked on the stove until the back and front are lightly browned. If we do not count the different shapes each time, 8 half walnut shapes are obtained. This process is continued until our dough is finished.
We add a spoon of the cream prepared with cream patisserie into the baked cookies and put half a walnut and cover the other cookie on it.
