Usage Instruction:
Ingredients to be provided (for 1 measure): 5 eggs, 1 glass of granulated sugar
Preparation: Whisk the whites of 5 eggs in a separate bowl until they become like snow. Whisk the yolks of 5 eggs and 1 cup of sugar in a separate bowl until foamy. 1 glass of powdered sponge cake mixture is sieved and added spoon by spoon to the rising mixture.
The mixture of egg whites and dough, which is like snow, is gently mixed with the help of a spatula without whisking. Optionally, it is poured into a clamped sponge cake mold or a circle.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes.
