Usage areas:

It is used as an auxiliary material in the production of ceramic coating and optical glass. It is the starting material in the manufacture of some barium salts. It is one of the main components in the nutrition of welding rods. It is used in the manufacture of magnetic materials and capacitors. It is used as an active ingredient in pesticides. It is used as an oxidation catalyst. It is used in the manufacture of high voltage AC capacitors and ultrasonic transducer devices. Peace suspension is used as drilling mud in the oil industry. Plaster alone is not sufficient for these applications. For this Barium salt is added. In this way, the drilling mud does not clot and its distribution is uniform.
