Among the over 1 million products we have shipped to date, there is not a single purchase that has not been returned or completed with dissatisfaction by our customers.

Be Careful When Receiving Products!

Dear customer, in order to prevent any material damage to either your valuable person/company or Hammaddeler.com, the most important issue that we must pay attention to is the checks you will perform when receiving the cargo.

 

Therefore, when receiving your products, please first check the outer packaging before opening it. Do not accept torn, burst, dragged, wet packages and have the cargo officer draw up a report.

 

If none of these problems are visible on the outer appearance of the packaging, still open your cargo in the presence of the cargo officer and check your products. In case of damaged products, definitely do not accept the cargo and have a report drawn up.

 

In such cases, if you experience any problems with the cargo officer, we kindly ask you to inform us immediately. The necessary intervention will be made by us as soon as possible and your problem will be resolved.

 

In the event that the product sent is damaged in the cargo and you receive this product, no rights can be claimed from the cargo company and therefore, no returns or exchanges can be made.

 


 
How Does the Return Process Begin?
 
To return products you purchased from Hammaddeler.com, after logging into your account, from the My Orders page in the User Menu, click on the Return and Cancellation Transactions button related to your order and start your return request.
 
Your return request will be reviewed and it will be determined whether it complies with the return conditions and if it complies, your return request will be approved, if it does not comply with the return conditions, it will be rejected.
 
After receiving approval for your return, you can ship the products.
 
Attention! Returns that have not been initiated and approved via the Hammaddeler.com user menu will not be accepted, even if they are sent by cargo.

 


 

What are the Return Conditions?

You can return the products you want to return by first filling out the return request on our website and receiving approval for your return. Returns that have not been filled out and received approval for the return form cannot be received.

 

You can send your return cargo with Surat Cargo. Cargos sent with other cargo companies, returns sent to a different recipient, and returns whose cargo fee is not sent in accordance with the conditions below cannot be received.

 

Fill in the return section on the invoice and send it together with the returned products. Otherwise, the return process cannot be made.

 

Your return must comply with the "Right of Withdrawal" and "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be used" conditions in the "Distance Sales Contract". Refunds made by credit card take 5 working days on average , although the reflection time on your statement varies according to the bank.

After your returned product reaches our warehouse, the product and your return request regarding the product will be examined and evaluated quickly and in detail by our relevant team.

 

If all the conditions stated above are met, your money will be refunded.

 


 

I Cannot See the Refund Made in My Account. What Should I Do?

 

After your refund is processed, an informational email will be sent to your registered email address on Hammaddeler.com stating that your refund has been completed.

 

The refund will be refunded with the same payment method you used to make your purchase on Hammaddeler.com. In other words, if you made it by bank transfer, your refund will be transferred to your bank account, and if you made it by credit card, your refund will be made to your credit card.
