- We wanted to answer your questions on how to create an order abroad, how to make payments and how to make shipments.

After choosing your products, you can make the payment via wire transfer and credit card.
- If you are going to pay by money order, we have a small request from you: "All expenses belong to me." If you make a payment in this way, there will be no deduction for your order + shipping cost that is reflected to our company. Thank you for your understanding.

- If you make your payment with a credit card, your shipping cost will be sent to your e-mail address by our foreign trade representatives. If you accept the shipping cost, a link will be opened on our website. You can complete your order by clicking the link and making the purchase. The maximum open time of the links is 30 minutes.
- As for cargo and shipping systems, we offer you two different options: PTT Cargo and UPS (United Parcel Service) Cargo. The delivery time with PTT Cargo varies according to the countries, but it takes 15-20 days. With UPS (United Parcel Service) Cargo, your order is delivered to your address within a minimum of 1 business day and a maximum of 1 week.

- Finally, we would like to talk about the part about how to track your cargo. If your shipment has been made via PTT, your cargo tracking number will be sent to you by our foreign trade representatives. All you have to do for this is to click on the link below and write your Cargo Tracking Number:

- If you have chosen UPS cargo, the company sends you, our valued customers, an informative e-mail regarding your cargo tracking.
- You are responsible for paying the tax of the product you ordered when receiving the order at the foreign customs.
