Candy Dough Cupcake Recipe
Necessary materials;

- 225 g butter


- 275 g flour

- 1 pack of baking powder

- 1 pinch of salt

- 4 eggs

- 1 tablespoon of vanilla

- 1 glass of milk


Fabrication:

225 g butter is taken into a pot. It is melted over low heat without boiling. 4 eggs are put in a deep bowl and beaten with a mixer. Then 400 g of granulated sugar is added on it and whisking is continued. Add vanilla and mix. Add milk and all liquid ingredients are mixed.


Now it's time to mix the powder products. In a separate bowl , mix flour , baking powder and a pinch of salt . Melted butter is added to this mixture and the mixing process is continued until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.


Finally, liquid and powder products are combined. In the meantime, let's run the oven to warm up to 160 degrees. Let's put our ready dough so that 2/3 of the cupcake papers are filled.


Let it cook in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. After the cupcakes are baked, let's wait until they come to room temperature. Let's cut the excess on the top of the cupcakes that come to room temperature with a knife. Then let's remove the middle with the cupcake filler remover .
