Despite all the quality work we have done, it is as important as making a sale for us to return the products that do not satisfy you, in accordance with the return procedures, in the easiest and fastest way without causing much trouble to you, and to ensure that your money is returned to your accounts as quickly as possible.

 

Among the more than 1 million products we have shipped to date, there is not a single purchase that could not be returned by our customers or that was completed with dissatisfaction.

Attention When Receiving Products!

 

Dear customer, the most important issue we should pay attention to is the checks you will make while receiving the cargo, so that neither your valuable person/company nor Hammadler.com is harmed.

 

Therefore, when receiving your products, before opening them, please check the outer packaging first. Do not accept torn, burst, dragged, wet packages and make a report to the cargo officer.

 

If none of these problems are visible in the outer appearance of the packaging, however, make sure to open your cargo next to the cargo officer and check your products. In case of damaged product, never take delivery from the cargo and keep a report.

 

In such cases, if you have any problems with the cargo officer, please inform us immediately. The necessary intervention will be made by us as soon as possible and your problem will be resolved.

 

In the event that the sent product is damaged in the cargo and you receive this product, no rights can be claimed from the cargo company and therefore, no refund or exchange can be made in any way.




 
How Does the Return Process Start?
 
In order to return the products you purchased from Hammaler.com, after logging into your account, click on the Return and Cancellation Transactions button related to your order from the My Orders page in the User Menu, and start your return request.

 

Your return request will be examined, it will be determined whether it meets the return conditions or not, and if it is, your return request will be approved, and if it does not comply with the return conditions, it will be rejected.

 

After you receive approval for your return, you can ship the products.

 

Attention! Returns for which a return request has not been initiated and approved via the Hammaler.com user menu will not be accepted, even if they are sent by courier.

 

 

 


 

What are the Return Policy?

 

You can return the products you want to return, after you fill out the return request on our site and receive approval for your return. Returns that have not been approved and filled in the return form cannot be received.

 

You can send your return cargo with Mng Cargo. Cargoes sent with other courier companies, returns sent on behalf of a different recipient, and returns whose shipping fee is not sent in accordance with the following conditions cannot be received .

 

Fill in the return section on the invoice and send it together with the returned products. Otherwise, the refund will not be possible.

 

Your return must comply with the "Right of Withdrawal" and "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised" in the "Distance Sales Agreement". If your payment was made by bank transfer or payment at the door, please enter your bank information to be refunded completely and correctly in the return form.

In the shipments you will make with companies other than Mng Cargo, the payment must be covered by you, otherwise the shipment will not be received.

If the product is defective, the shipping fee will be covered by our company, if the return is made for a customer-related reason, the shipping fee will be covered by our customer.

 

After your return product reaches our warehouse, your return request regarding the product and the product will be examined and evaluated quickly and in detail by our relevant team.

 

You will be refunded if all the above-mentioned conditions are met.

 

 

 


 

 

I Can't See the Refund Made in My Account. What should I do?

 

After your refund is completed, an e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address on Hammaler.com, stating that your refund has been completed.

 

Whichever payment method you used to make your purchase on Hammaler.com, the money will be returned with the same method. In other words, if you made it by bank transfer, your refund will be sent to your bank account, if you made it with a credit card, your refund will be made to your credit card.

 

The refund will be reflected in a maximum of a few hours after the transaction is made to your bank account, and on your credit card statement within 5 days on average, although it varies from bank to bank.

 

In cases where you cannot see the refund amount in your accounts or credit card statements, you can request a receipt/payment screenshot from the support requests section of your Ham Maddeler.com user menu. The necessary information will be sent to your e-mail address registered in our system as soon as possible.

 

After all these transactions, we kindly ask you to follow up with your bank the processes regarding the reflection of your refund on your accounts/credit card statement.

 

 


 

 

How Does the Money Back Process Work for the Products I Purchased in Installments?

 

In the money back transactions of your order that you have purchased from Hammaler.com, the entire amount of the refund is paid in one go by us to your credit card with which you made the purchase.

 

The relevant bank deposits the refund amount to your credit card in monthly installments.
