Kefir making:

To begin with, 3 liters of milk is boiled for 10-15 minutes.

The whole package (1 g) is added into the warm milk and mixed thoroughly.

For fermentation, it is kept for 20-24 hours for sweet-sour kefir and 26-30 hours for sour kefir at room temperature away from sunlight.

When the fermentation period is over, it is shaken again and kept in the refrigerator for 1 day.
