You can melt the Melting Glycerin Soap Base in a bain-marie, in the microwave, or on the electric stove on a low setting.
The goal here is to melt the soap slowly, slowly over low heat.
No matter how low the gas stove is, you will not be able to achieve a proper melting as high heat will occur where the flame touches.
Soap Base with Fusible Glycerin Melts at 60°C, no higher heat is required.
While dissolving the glycerine soap, make sure that the lid of your container is closed.
